It’s really important to digest the previous comments for a moment when considering that a replacement DPF filter costs £1700 plus vat and we have seen these blocked in less than 12 months. In addition the DPF filter has temperature sensors etc fitted which total more than £1500 plus vat! The feedback that we received in the 3rd display image, relates to Peters Mazda that had a blocked DPF...we collected the vehicle from Mazda who had quoted £3800 ! And the feedback speaks for its self !

It’s very easy to get it all wrong!

There’s not getting away from the issue that removal will attract a cost however it’s far less then the alternative and of course there lots of benefits.

Test case: Mazda 6 2.0 TD with blocked DPF filter, plus failed lamda sensor, plus another so called expert had removed the vehicle DPF brick “and” Catalytic converter !!!

The vehicle was running in a very poor state and was in limp mode and was difficult to drive.

We fitted a used Catalytic converter, removed the DPF filter, fitted a new lamda sensor, deleted the DPF function, re-set all levels with genuine Mazda IDS…
